As a dispatcher in rail operations, you are a key figure in organizing and implementing efficient, safe, and punctual rail traffic
We are a dynamic railway transport company looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our team in Duisburg. With our modern locomotives, we serve industrial sites across Europe, focusing on round-the-clock safety and high-quality performance.
Your Responsibilities:
Efficiently coordinate resources.
Real-time monitoring of train movements.
Quick and effective disruption and emergency management.
Customer communication regarding schedule changes.
Ensure safety and quality standards.
Collaborate cooperatively with internal teams.
Proficient use of TPN, APN, and Leidis software.
Your Profile:
Completed education or studies in transport or logistics.
Experience in rail transport or dispatching.
Crisis management and high resilience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic English proficiency and solid MS-Office skills.
